Chris Lucas and Paul McCreesh. Based in Palm Springs, we specialize in ecologically sound residential and commercial new construction and remodeling in the Desert Cities area of the Coachella Valley.

Paul is a licensed general contractor in the State of California (Lic. #981346), and both he and Chris were Members of the USGBC (United States Green Building Council), local Coachella Valley Chapter.

We were also part of the Green Builders Program that was co-sponsored by builditgreen.org and NARI (the National Association of the Remodeling Industry). This was the pilot program in Northern California that helped bring green awareness and education to builders, contractors, and business owners.
